What happens if a sign fails during an open home?
Call the agent support line and we ship a replacement head the same business day for next-day delivery in metro Australia and New Zealand. International dispatch within 48 hours. The faulty unit goes back to us in the replacement's box — no paperwork, no diagnostics on your end.
What does the 36-month warranty actually cover?
Bumper-to-bumper. Panel, base, battery, dock, electronics, finishes. If it stops working as intended within 36 months from dispatch we replace it. Damage from clear misuse (driven over, dropped from height) is handled under our accidental-damage program, not warranty.
Where is service handled?
Curb Media is Australian designed and serviced from Sydney with regional partners in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, London and Los Angeles. All warranty exchanges run through the swap-and-ship program — there are no in-field repairs to wait on.
Battery replacement?
The LiFePO₄ base is rated for ~3,000 cycles — roughly 8+ years of weekly open-home use. When it falls below 80% capacity within the 36-month window, we replace the base under warranty.
What about software updates?
Pushed over-the-air. Included for the life of the device — no subscription, no app paywall, no ongoing fees to manage your own content.
